Court Recording

AudioIP courtroom technology offers you an secure, efficient, cost effective and reliable solution to court reporting. Our digital recording package offers clear, reliable and accurate recordings. Multi-channel recording facilities allow for simultaneous recording from multiple courtrooms.

Proceedings are recorded to a local computer (or server) hard disk drive or in-house network for instant access by judges, lawyers, court reporters or any other parties. No need to wait for costly transcriptions, users can access a verbatim recording of the proceedings immediately after proceedings have ended.

Our digital annotation package contains an automatic time-stamp feature that allows judges, lawyers and all other courtroom personnel to listen to any area of a case file by merely double-clicking on any text entry.

Judges can create their own personal notes for future review with the annotation package. AudioIP creates an instant archive of all case files by automatically saving and indexing all recordings and associated annotation.

The AudioIP software is extremely user-friendly, requiring a minimum of training and doesn't require any customised hardware to operate. The AudioIP digital recording system will record your entire hearing directly to your computer hard drive or to your in-house network.

The package can be easily modified to suit each individual hearing, giving users the flexibility to record the hearing based on each individual circumstance.

Developed specifically to create official records, our software suite will automatically create an archive of your proceedings and store them according to title and date for easy retrieval and access.
